Falcon stump grinding Tree services

I am more than satisfied with the Falcon tree service that I had done. I had quite a few trees that they cut down, some were smaller and others were gigantic. They all work as a team. They are very professional. No one was ever just standing around. They worked long hours and cleaned up the fallen trees as soon as they were cut down and they did a lot more, above and beyond what I expected. Some of the gigantic trees were very close to a building on my property and zero damage to the building. Some were close to neighbors wooden fence on both sides of me and no damage to either. Some of the gigantic ones were close to my house and zero damage. In the past I have had a tree cut down here and there and none of the other companies even come close to the work that Falcon did. I was recommended to reach out to Falcon from a neighbor who is a retired landscaper, and I was blown away! I can't give this company enough praise. Elvis is extremely prompt in his communication with clients. He gives a fair price for all the services his team includes. I was initially quoted for five tree removals and stump grindings back in October 2023. I wasn't able to pay and schedule until March 2024 due to personal obligations, and he still honored the price he quoted in October. He was open to schedule the service a mere TWO DAYS after I paid the deposit. He and his team arrived 10 minutes early to be able to prepare to begin work straight away at 8AM. Me, my family, and my neighbors were in AWE at the speed and efficiency of these men. Everyone on the team had a specific role and knew where to be and when to both get the job done correctly, safely, and professionally. Elvis and his team were also open and ready to listen to any special requests we had. We had requested to keep the sawdust that was generated and he even went above and beyond to collect it all in a pile for easy pick-up. They even entertained a request from my neighbor to remove some smaller limbs from a tree in his yard, and I'm pretty certain they did this free of charge! Overall, I am more than satisfied with the services offered and will absolutely be both scheduling another service and recommending neighbors to do the same. We are having solar panels installed and we needed some trees removed and trimmed from out south facing heavily forested back yard. We have a chicken coop and bee hives in our back yard. They not only removed several huge trees, they did it without damaging either the coop or the hives. We asked them to put the downed trees in the back of our property to use them in the future. My wife loves to grow mushrooms, so we asked them to put the pines in one area and the hard woods in another. Not only did they do this but when they found out my wife's plans to grow mushrooms on the hard woods, they also separated the hardwoods that are best for growing mushrooms from the hard woods that aren't that good for growing said mushrooms and they did it in very neat and tidy piles. I will be using them again this summer to take out another large tree in our front yard that threatens to take out a neighbor's house. Additionally, when they had to move the heavy equipment the back yard, they had to take down our chain link fence. When they were done, the returned the fence back to its original condition. They not only took out several small trees in my backyard but they took out a massive pine tree that was dying they also cleaned up the entire backyard, they raked, used the grinder and used the blower to clean up my decks, driveway and the curb. Words can't express how pleased I'm with the services Falcon tree service provided this morning. I called him yesterday and he came out on the same day and provided me with really fair quote. He and his crew showed up 7:00 am ready to get started. They cut down and removed the stump in my front yard and trimmed two trees in the back yard. They are so neat and clean with their work. You can't even tell that a tree was cut. They got up all the debris that was on the ground. They even put the center bricks back in place. I would definitely use them again if needed in the future. An amazing job!!! Incredibly profession and a very well organized team. They provided proof of insurance before they sent a quote, they arrived on time and communicated any time changes due to weather. I had a medium sized branch hanging from a tree over the road...just big enough and high enough to potentially hurt someone if it dropped on their car.
